Located in the beautiful region of the Mar Menor, the house has views across the salt lakes and nearby nature reserve. Comprising of two bedrooms with balcony from main bedroom. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps and suitcase storage. There are two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a rooftop solarium, large patio front, utility room/breakfast room extension to the rear and car parking area to the front. The lounge is furnished with a large three piece which comprises a sofa bed. A communal swimming pool is available for the exclusive use of clients. The house is situated close to many golf courses in the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca areas and the prestigious La Manga golf resort. Restaurants, bars, shops and the many beaches of the Mar Menor are just a few minutes walk away.

    • There is a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two persons. This is serviced by a ground floor bathroom with WC. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fans and air coolers and air-conditioning for the warm months, fan heaters for the colder months are all provided. Bed linen and towels are provided but clients must bring their own beach towels. There is also a usefully storage extension to the rear.

    Payment is in pounds sterling although payment in euros is negotiable upon enquiry with the owner. A deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking and full payment is required 6 weeks before travel. A damage deposit of £100 is also required which will be returned approx. 7 days of departure from the property following a damage and breakage check by the key holders. If an excess clean is required this amount will be deducted. Cancellations up to six weeks before travel 50% of deposit will be returned, 6 weeks and under no refund. Property to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure although every effort will be made to allow clients to stay in the property for longer if required. This will depend on information given by incoming clients. Welcome packs can be arranged at various costs payable locally upon arrival. Airport transfers can be arranged from both Murcia and Alicante airports - prices on request paid locally on arrival.
