There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both rooms have large built in wardrobes, bedside tables and in single bed room there is also a 3 seater settee.  
The double bedroom has a 4 drawer cabinet as well as air conditioning (with heat), two patio doors, dual aspect.  
The other bedroom has large electric fan, patio door leading on to large balcony with sun beds.  
At end of long corridor from apartment entrance, leads to lounge and kitchen.  
Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, towells, linen, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. 
In lounge, there is a patio door leading out to another large balcony with table and chairs. 
Lounge has air unit (also with heat), 32" satellite TV , UK channels, DVD player, UK radio, large 'L' shaped settee, other chair, coffee table, standard light, wall unit, dining table, 4 dining chairs.  
There are two bathrooms/toilets, one with bath/shower/bidet/wc/double vanity marble unit/hair dryer; the other has shower/single hand basin unit/wc. 
There is a utility cupboard located on balcony off bedroom 2 where mops, brooms etc. are kept. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are kept in wardrobe in bedroom 2. 
All rooms have windows - this is a very sunny and light apartment.

This apartment will make your holiday in San Pedro del Pinatar as being TRUELY EXTRA SPECIAL. It is located in the best place of the block. It has fantastic views, very comfortable, 2 large sunny balconies. The Mar Menor has a safe beach which is ideal for all the family, also in this area there are mud baths which are renowned for their therapeutic properties. Mar Menor maintains a warm sea throughout most of the year, apart from December & January. There are considerable lagoons in the area which coincide with important ecological reserves for birds, plants and other wildlife. Golf courses, water ski-ing, bicycle hire (there are cycle tracks). The historic town Cartagena is a 30-45 mins. drive; La Manga (popular with sports stars) 20-30 mins. drive; Torrevieja is 30 mins. drive. Smoking permitted only on balconies. THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT STAYING IN OUR APARTMENT IS THAT YOU WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE AT THE END OF YOUR STAY

				High Season Price:	£325 per Week

A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking, to be retained as a security deposit until a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on completion of rental. Should the property require extensive and/or abnormal cleaning, we reserve the right to withhold additional monies from the security deposit. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Should you require a weekly clean (mid-holiday)this must be requested in writing prior to the commencement of your holiday and will be charged separately. Full payment of your booking must be completed 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Cancelling a booking prior to 8 weeks before department will cause forfeiture of the initial booking. Cancelling a booking less than 8 weeks before departure may cause forfeiture of the total costs of the booking.
