Vacation Rental Description
This new (March 06) luxury apartment is situated on the (Top) 3rd Floor of the Lodosol Apartment Complex enjoying a corner location with S/facing main balcony views over the Las Salinas nature reserve & the Mar Menor lagoon.
Both bedrooms have W/facing balconies with the twin room having an additional S/facing balcony.
The complex, although new is situated in a mature area so any perception of an extensive building site should not be a concern, with parklands under development to 3 sides. A very family friendly complex suitable for all ages and abilities.
The main communal areas are serviced to three sides by elevators, steps & walkways & complimented by tended gardens. The central attraction is the very large pool (open 1st May to 31st Oct) comprising a main swimming
area accessed both with vertical steps and a gradual entry at the shallow end. To compliment this there is an infants pool attached but segregated to one side and an adults jacuzzi to the other side. This area is fully secured and private.
Lo Pagan & San Pedro Del Pinatar are both local districts within easy walking distance from the complex.
Lo Pagan is a beach resort at the head of the Mar Menor combining both blue flag Playa De Villananitos & Playa La Puntica beaches.
San Pedro Del Pinatar is a small traditional Spanish town with many shops restaurants & a main Plaza.
Around Murcia on the Costa Calida there are many beaches, golf courses & places of interest. Particularly the La Manga beach Club, Las Salinas nature reserve & wildlife sanctuary, Thalasotherapy Spa Centre and Las Charcas; the world famous hot water Mud Baths with its advertised 'healing properties'.
The local resorts are perfect for any age & ability whether interested in active water / beach sports or easy bathing and relaxing at a typical Spanish pace.
The waterfront promenade stretches for miles from LP to the Airport passing numerous marinas proving most popular for daytime & evening strolls taking in its many cafes, bars & restaurants.

Both bathrooms are decorated very similarly on a white & gold theme. In the master bathroom there is a bath with shower over partitioned with an internal plastic shower curtain & an external decorative net curtain. There is a toilet and bidet in white porcelain and a double his n' hers wash basins in front of a large wall mirror lit with chrome spotlights. The bathroom wall tiling is matt beige edged with a roman flavor.
The 'shower-room' has a porcelain shower try again partitioned as the main bathroom. Toilet and single sink unit with main lighted mirror over. In both rooms all the bathroom fittings, towel rails, toothbrush holders etc are of white & gold complimenting the tiling in a very clean and stylish manner.
Each bedroom is furnished with fitted wardrobes with sliding wooden doors with bedside cabinets & headboards to match with each bedside cabinet & lamp designed to match the ceiling light / ceiling fans.
Each bed / bedroom has a full compliment of matching sheets / blankets, bedspreads & full length curtains.
Notes:
The open plan kitchen / diner & living areas are fully furnished to very good standard providing ample seating for dining, relaxing and balcony sitting. The dining area has an open leaf extendable table for larger groups otherwise the table can be left half size with more space available. A full range of wall units / shelves & TV cabinets are available complimented by attractive plants and wall pictures finished off with a luxury 'L' shaped cream & beige sofa / settee system.
An electronic safe is provided to ensure all your valuables are secure and give you peace of mind during your stay. All bed linen, tea towels, kitchen hand towels and a full set of towels are provided.
