High quality 3 bed 2 bath house adjacent to communal swimming pool, within walking distance of PGA golf course at Roda. The property has a private garden to the front and stunning communal courtyard with fountain to the rear. Adjacent to the house is the communal pool with large area fir sunbathing. The house is furnished to an excellent standard providing a very comfortable home from home. Fully equipped kitchen, Air-conditioning for summer and beautiful log fire burner for winter, providing comfort whatever the season. The property benefits from a very large roof terrace with bar and seating for 9 people plus sun loungers, and enjoys stunning views towards the mountains and sea. A fantastic place to watch the sun go down on those balmy nights. 
 
The town of Los Alcazares is just a couple of minutes drive, and sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. 
 
MEET and GREET service - We can arrange to meet you at the Murcia (San Javier) airport (just 5 minutes drive) and escort you to your accommodation. n.b. A charge of 15€ will apply for 4 people. We can transfer from Alicante, prices on request. 
CAR HIRE - We recommend that you hire a car to explore the beautiful Mar Menor and surrounding area. There are a wide range of car hire firms available locally and at Murcia airport. 
WELCOME PACKS - We provide a basic supply of tea, coffee, water and milk. We can provide a full welcome pack. You send us a list and we will do the shopping prior to your arrival, especially recommended for those on later flights or arriving on fiesta days, when the supermarkets are closed. 
DAYS OUT - There are a wide range of interesting places to visit, including the cities of Murcia & cartagena, renowned for their historic buildings, water parks, safari park, shopping and the beautiful beaches along the Mar Menor.

A wide range of equipment can be hired at very reasonable prices. Please let us know any requirements you have. 
GOLFERS - The property is located within 5 minutes level walking distance of the PGA golf course at Roda. There are in excess of 10 golf course within 20 minutes drive of the house. We can put you in contact with companies that can arrange reduced green fees. 
SECURITY PAYMENT - We ask for a security payment £200 to cover any accidental breakages or damages that can occur while on holiday, this is fully refundable less any costs within 2 weeks of departure date, this is by bank transfer. 
PAYMENT, is by bank transfer, this can be in Sterling or Euros, please request at time of reserving your booking 
Deposit of £200 to secure reservation, non-refundable in event of cancellation. We recommend that you take out travel insurance for all your holidays. Balance must be paid within 6 weeks of travel date. 
CHANGEOVER CLEAN/LAUNDRY, this is a charge payable locally, which is 65€.

The Mar Menor area is very popular for water sports and is a great and safe place for families to go to and enjoy the beaches, and the house is very conveniently located to take advantage of all the local facilities, not just water sports, but also the huge range of golf courses, local markets with their fresh produce including fish, seafood, fruit & veg, as well as leather goods etc. Within 30 minutes drive are the historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia. For thrill seekers there are water parks in Torrevieja and Murcia, as well as Terra natura's safari park. There are also two excellent Go Karting tracks in San Javier and La Manga.

There are two bars & a quality restauarant just 2 minutes walk from the house, as well as a 5 a side football pitch. Within 5 minutes level walking distance is the PGA golf course at Roda. On site facilities here also include a restaurant, mini shop and large roof top bar 
Costa Calida & Mar Menor - The Mar Menor is the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe, which is safe for all forms of water sport including; swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing, yachting and scuba diving. Boats, pedallos, jet skis are all available for hire. 
Alternatively if you just want to sunbath there are over 73km of coastline. There are also local markets every day of the week.  
The area is known for its spa water beauty treatments. Costa Calida is one of the healthiest places in the world, according to the World Health Organization).
