The apartment complex is situated on the beaches of the Mar Menor at Playa Honda, the Mar Menor is a large salt water lagoon which enjoys average water temperatures of 30c during the summer months. Because of the shallow water, this makes an ideal location for families and all sorts of water sports. There are international schools close by which offer all sorts of nautical activities from scuba diving, water skiing to wind surfing, everyone is catered for novice to expert.

The Mar Menor is also home to the black mud which is said to help treat rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments, the world health organisation has said that the Murcia region is one of the healthiest places to live in the world. The area also boasts one of the most highly considered tourist area in the Mediterranean, La Manga del Mar Menor, a paradise between two seas with infinite beaches, sandy sea beds and crystalline waters.

La Manga offers visitors a taste of the highlife, exclusive restaurants and wine bars line the resort, as well as casinos and other entertainment venues.

For those who dream of playing golf on beautiful, top quality courses in an ideal, year-round climate, La Manga Club is the perfect golf destination.
