Vacation Rental Description
'Casa-Spencer' is situated within a gated complex overlooking a large beautiful swimming pool. It consists of lounge with TV, CD/video; fully fitted and equipped kitchen; downstairs loo and a laundry area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - a double with air con, a twin with air con and a room with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower. Most rooms have ceiling fans. There is a large terrace at the rear of the property and a smaller terrace with sun blind and furniture at the front (poolside). The pool has a children's area and is supervised in main season making it particularly suitable for children. The house is 10 minutes easy walk from the town, which has a very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. The seafront has a beautiful, re-developed, marina/port, palm-lined promenade, excellent beaches and excellent range of cafes/restaurants and shops. Numerous activities are available including go-carts and scuba diving. Other places of interest are a short drive away.

Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with 3 and 2 seater settee's, table, 6 chairs, TV, CD/video player, radio, 2 ceiling fans. Selection of video's, books CDs and games
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All bedding is provided. Towels for use in the house are provided. Towels for beach, etc are NOT provided. Cleaning and laundry is provided at end of stay. Optional mid-stay cleaning and laundry change available at additional cost.
Outside: Table and at least 6 chairs and cushions on poolside terrace/patio. Car can be brought on-site. Large terrace at rear with bench seat.

Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches available - the main town beach, by the new Marina is 10 minutes walk. Bahia beach, probably the best one in the area is 10 minutes walk. Bolnuevo beach is 5 mins drive.
Golf
Golf is available at various sites within 20-30 mins drive from site.

Puerto de Mazarron is a seaside town and fishing port that has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The marina area has recently been rebuilt and is a very smart place and, together with the promenade (Paseo), has a really good variety of restaurants and shops. There are numerous beaches around the town and a short distance beyond. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but with plenty of activities to do and places to visit as well.
