BellaVista is situated on the higher perimeter of the resort and overlooking the colourful roof tops and mountain views of Mazarron Country Club. The villa has 3 bedrooms (1double / 2twin) and 2 bathrooms, all having access to either the outside garden, solarium terrace, or balcony. There is a living area with open kitchen.  
The whole villa is very comfortable and has been furnished to the highest standard.  
Outside you will find landscaped gardens, sunbathing areas, shaded dining areas and a large swimming pool to spend all your relaxing hours!  
To one side of the property is a utility area and on the other side a secured and paved parking area. 
Access is wheelchair friendly with ground level bedroom and bath!  
All outside tiled floor is non-slippery and safe when wet from the pool when kids jumping in and out! The social club is a 3 minute walk away where you will find the bar/restaurant, big tropical pool, jeu de boules and tennis courts. 
 
*Further details indoors: 
The interior has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It is fully equipped because we do also use the villa ourselves for family holidays and so this is not a dry hotel looking impersonal villa. We enjoy it and also want you to enjoy it. We want you to feel "en casa" (at home). There are some books, CDs, DVDs, traditional board games as well as two TVs with local Spanish as well as UK and international channels. All rooms have access to the outside garden or views(upstairs). The upstairs master bedroom has got a private solarium terrace and the smaller one has got a balcony. Both enjoying beautiful views over the Country Club and surrounding mountains.

*Further details outdoors: 
The landscaped illuminated garden has lots to offer as this is a large area with your own large private pool (9m x 4m), dining table & chairs (allowing six people comfortably), sun loungers and a BBQ for your use. There are also many toys/games and inflatables in the shed by the outside washing room which you are welcome to use. 
Swimming pool is not heated but considering it is a South facing garden and that this is the warmest place in Spain, you will be able to enjoy the pool from May though to the end of October ! It is the "Costa Calida" (warm coast) where you are staying! 
 
*The area: 
The Mazarron Country Club site is a prestigious new development which boasts a large tropical swimming pool with children’s pool area, tennis courts and a large restaurant serving traditional Spanish and International cuisine. Whilst the golf course at Mazarron CC is under development, the nearest golf course and clubhouse is 5 minutes drive away at Camposol. 
 
The coastal area of Mazarron is located in the province of Murcia, Spain. This stretch of 35km coastline, which is a wide-open bay on the Mediterranean, has 300 days of sunshine per year and is also labelled “Costa Calida”, translation: “Warm Coast”.  
 
Enjoy the many beautiful unspoilt beaches (including one nudist) and pretty inlets along the bay of Mazarron.  
A backdrop of mountains rounds off the scenic area, which is yet unspoilt but popular with the local Spanish from Murcia/Cartagena and Madrid in the summer. 
The Espuña mountains and National Park with pine trees and fantastic views about 25 mins away, is popular with those of us in need of walking exercise, fresh air and contact with nature! 
 
For lovers of Golf, at present the most accessible course is only 2 minutes drive from the CountryClub. Many other courses are within easy travelling distance (at least eight!) with the world famous 'La Manga club' situated at the Mar Menor. We keep a guest book which has already been completed by many of our guests and providing further suggestions as to where to go and what to do in the area, including eating out. Our hostess will welcome you at the villa or near by and show you the villa and its facilities. She can answer your queries on the spot or even later via phone as she lives in the Country Club. *Getting there: 
 
Many of the budget charter and also scheduled airlines fly into the two international airports at Alicante and Murcia San Javier. Murcia's San Javier Airport is 45 mins from Mazarron Country Club, whilst Alicante is an easy one and a quarter hour motorway journey away. An alternative to these two is Almeria, which is approx 1 ½ hours easy drive up the new motorway. 
Further recommendations and advise can be given at time of booking if requested, including rental car company names and details.  
For an additional charge, airport transfers from either Alicante or Murcia can be arranged, as can a hire car to be delivered to the Villa.
