This stylish “Capricho” Villa is wonderfully modern and efficient. The villa has a spacious living room, with a built on 'winter garden'and a fully equipped open kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Via the outside stairs on the first floor is a large private sun terrace. At the back of the villa is a large terrace and swimming pool for all those wonderful days relaxing in the sun and evenings eating out under the stars. The villa and garden is private and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There are washing facilities and a place to park the car. A short walk away you will find the social club with its bar & restaurant, communal swimmingpool, jeu-de-boule and tennis courts.

    • Mazarrón Country Club is situated a 10 minute drive away from Mazarrón’s 35 kilometre stretch of Mediterranean coastline, the Costa Calida, where 32 beaches await your exploration. In the Port of Mazarrón there are 2 marinas where you can participate in the various water sports. Mazarrón has two town centres, Puerto de Mazarrón and Mazarrón. In both town centres you will find supermarkets, markets and bodega’s for your weekly food and drink shopping. There are also many excellent bars and restaurants to enjoy your lunch or evenings out! Play golf on one of the many spectacular Golf Courses within driving distance: Camposol - 5 min. Hacienda del Alamo - 30 min. Altorreal - 45 min. Desert Springs - 60 mins. La Manga - 60 minutes. Payment - A 25% deposit must be received within 7 days of your reservation for it to be definite. The remaining monies need to be received no later than 30 days before arrival date. Cancellation Fees - Cancellation up until 30 days - 25% Cancellation up until 30 days - 50% Cancellation up until 14 days - 75% Cancellation after 14 days - 100%. All bed linen & bath towels are provided. Clothes line, iron & board, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker & toaster are provided We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed. Thank you.
