This fully furnished modern property enjoys excellent views of the Algarroba Mountains in a pretty, peaceful and friendly environment and yet the seaside resorts of Mazarron and Bolneuvo with their blue flag beaches are only a few minutes drive away. The villa is fully equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, plus ceiling fans. Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Spacious lounge/diner and well appointed kitchen. Bathroom with shower. 
As well as stunning views of the countryside and mountains, the garden directly overlooks the proposed golf course. A perfect garden for sunbathing and bbq's. Three minutes walk away there is a tropical style pool and separate childrens pool (open during summer months). In addition there are tennis courts, petanque pitches and a bar/restaurant all open throughout the year.

Outside there is a secluded garden perfect for sunbathing and barbeques with excellent views of the mountains. The patio is covered making it an ideal place to dine al fresco.
