Vacation Rental Description
The property offers excellent family accommodation by fact of its large living areas for those family get-togethers and bedroom privacy for those who wish to relax. There is a superb kitchen with ample worktop space to prepare any meals of your choice. 
 
A secure and very large under floor/basement car park is ideally located to store empty suit cases, golf clubs and cars with its own private entrance to the living area. 
 
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading o­n to a terrace. On the same floor is two other bedrooms and a bathroom. 
 
The kitchen leads out o­n to a big patio at the back of the house. On the same floor is the living/dining room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom.

Rental Rates
 
Season Rate
  Low Season Price: £200 per Week
  High Season Price: £300 per Week
     

The first payment will be 25% of the total cost of your rental, plus a £150 security deposit, this will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the property is booked less than 8 weeks before intended arrival, then the full balance is required to be paid.

Send a cheque made out to 1st-4-Villas Ltd to our office at 19 Graham Gardens, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT28 1XE
Make a bank transfer to our 1st-4-Villas account.
Pay using PayPal – we just need your email address to send you payment details.
