Lovely two bedroomed apartment situated in a quiet residential area of Los Alcazares. Furnished to a high standard this apartment offers home from home accommodation. The comfortably furnished lounge/diner has a three seater settee which converts to a double bed, and a comfortable arm chair, a glass dining table with four chairs, satellite TV and DVD player. Each of the bedrooms has twin beds with duvet's and fitted wardrobes. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic electric hob, full sized oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer,microwave and washing machine and the bathroom has a marble topped vanity unit and shower over the full sized bath. The furnished balcony has a mountain view and is ideal for al fresco dining. There are shops and bars within two minutes walk and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor with lift access and there is a ramp up to the main entrance to allow for wheelchair access. The complex is gated and has a communal swimming pool set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. There is ample parking within the complex.
