Vacation Rental Description
Situated in the charming village of Senorio de Roda and just a few minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and it's coastal towns St. Javier and Los Alcazares. Our one bedroom apartment is a welcoming relaxing break from the pressures of life whilst still being only 30-40 mins stroll from the bars and restaurants of Los Alcazares. Featuring a fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV for evenings in and a tastefully designed interior and comfortable lounge area for relaxing . We also have a sofa bed to maximise sleeping potential.
Accommodation
Bedroom: With twin beds, bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobes.
Bathroom:With Shower cubicle, WC, Bidet and vanity wash basin.
Kitchen:Full inventory plus fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven & Microwave.
Living Room: Lounge/dining room with TV, 3 seater sofa-bed (High quality Sprung base-double bed), 2 seater sofa, storage units, extending table with 4 chairs.
Other: There is a large balcony which overlooks the church & villa gardens to the side and the communal gardens to the front and has table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/ - linen/maid service: Includes all bed linen, towels, tea towels but beach towels not included. Property is prepared for your arrival and cleaned after your departure to a very high standard.
Amenities/Facilities provided:-
Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, all utensils,iron/ironing board, tv, DVD player, shared pool, community spanish run Bar/Tapas & New Bar/Restaurant.
Facilities
Our apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and has most things you will find at home to make your stay more comfortable. The TV has freeview UK channels, DVD player, music. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook (if you want to!) Our apartment has a larger than average living/dining room. It is light and airy due to it being a corner apartment with side window. We have a small number of reading books and a reading area near our side window with calming views of the ancient church.......ahhh. The large balcony overlooks the garden and also the church and Hacienda to the left. A great place to relax and recharge the batteries!!
Activities
The Mar Menor area is renowned for its areas of health giving mud....people travel many miles to bath in the therapeutic mud which is to be found on the northern tip of the bay.
As everyone knows the Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports to be enjoyed all year round. Los Alcazares and Los Narejos is are typical Spanish towns located on the shores of the Mar Menor and a 3 min drive or 20-30 min walk from the apartment. They boast beautiful blue flag beaches and an attractive 7k promenade dotted with numerous beach front bars.
The plaza in Los Alcazares offers in excess of 15 bars and retaurants with very pleasant outdoor dining all year round.. The area has regular markets. Close to Roda are supermarkets, Restaurants. There are some large shopping centres within 10 min drive. The 7km Blue Flag beaches offer a multitude of sports & fishing. There is also go-karting & for the plane spotters the runway is easy access.

Notes on prices - Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Special rates for long term lets available contact owner. Changeover day - Change over dates are flexible. Property to be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure - Flexible. Booking notes - A non returnable £100 booking deposit is required which will be forfeited if you decide to cancel. When payment in full is made the £100 will be kept in hand against damage or breakages. This will then be returned once our on site agent checks the property. Payment in full is required 4 weeks before departure. There will also be a 40 Euro laundry/cleaning charge which is payable directly to our agents in Spain on arrival. Airport pickup, welcome pack and other special arrangements can be made please ask for details.
