This front line property has everything you require for that perfect holiday. Ideal for golfers or families looking for a relaxing break in the sun and only 20 mins from Murcia airport and 50 mins from Alicante airport. 
Sleeps 4/5 (sofa bed in lounge). First floor master twin bedroom has en-suite bathroom and shower. A second twin bedroom and separate bathroom with shower on the ground floor leading off the lounge. The property is fully air conditioned (and also has central heating for the cooler months). There is an LCD digital 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi CD/Radio player. The three outside terraces, all have outside furniture (one terrace is covered, all the terraces have outside lighting for evening al fresco dining). Fully equipped open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. All linen and towels are provided for use in the house. The resort is gated and has 24hr CCTV security. There are bars and restaurants, a club house and supermarket. Two tennis courts and access to all 16 communal pools.

    • For the golfers the superb 18 holes Nicklaus Design course runs through the entire complex. The spectacular designed course is landscaped with palm trees, lush vegetation, various plants and flowers and includes large bunkers and 3 large lakes, making it a challenge to golfers of all levels. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses requiring great skill and composure from players. There are some spectacular golf holes on this course. Golf handicap required and certificate on La Torre, 28 for men and 36 for ladies and children. Golfing facilities include Pro-golf shop, Tuition is available, Driving Range, Putting green, Buggy/Cart/Clubs hire, and Tee times can be booked on line. Golfers staying at the townhouse qualify for owners Golf Discount Scheme (approx 25% discount off the course fees).

    • Within 20 minutes you could be on one of the Blue Flag sandy beaches situated along the coast of the Mar Menor. If water sports are your thing visit the Mar Menor Aquatic Sports School Centre, there you can have expert tuition on windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing etc. Horse riding can be booked locally and also bicycles can be hired, or just a good walk round on of the salt lakes nearby. 
     
    Take a visit to the historic city of Murcia which has an impressive 14th century cathedral, an imposing building surrounded by several squares with bars and restaurants to sit and watch the world go by among busy streets full of stores providing an opportunity to do some window shopping and a new shopping centre to visit. 
     
    The Nature and Water Park complex is not to be missed where you could spend a full  
    day out.
