With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is ideal for a family or for 2 families sharing. Large patio with sun awning and BBQ, with a private gate leading directly onto a daily-maintained beach. Being on the Mar Menor side of the La Manga strip, the water is partially enclosed by a causeway to the island, and so is very safe for children.
The villa is in a quiet area of the famous La Manga Strip. But shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. And if you're seeking entertainment, you'll find all the activity you could wish for here.

If you want to enjoy the night, you won't be disappointed. To start with, you could enjoy a gourmet dinner in one of the many restaurants. Afterwards, experience one of the many festivals or concerts that take place in Mar Menor. You'll find open-air bars, too - perfect for enjoying the superb climate. There are discos and nightclubs - many open air - and even a casino.
The famous La Manga Strip is 18km long and divides the Mediterranean and Mar Menor - a fabulous lagoon, considered "the world's largest swimming pool". The water is calm and warm, making La Manga, Del Mar Menor an ideal place for relaxing or water sports. Dive, sail, waterski, jet ski, paraglide.
