Vacation Rental Description
Our La Manga Club, Los Molinos villa is a two bedroom, two bathroom, semi detached villa with a hillside location giving stunning panoramic views over La Manga Club and the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea beyond. The villa is built on three levels. The front door leads to a living room with dining area and kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a very private terrace. A spiralling stairway in the turret leads down to the two bedrooms and up to a large private roof terrace. The villa is fully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen (new units and appliances Jan 2004), a recently refurnished lounge with leather sofa and armchair, fireside seating and separate dining area. The private balcony off the lounge has a patio table and 4 chairs, banquette seating and built in BBQ and great views. Downstairs the main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom. On the top level the sun roof has 2 sun beds and 2 reclining chairs and 2 small tables and provides wonderful views over the club. There is also a terrace at the front of the property with patio table and chairs. The villa benefits from satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Guests staying in this villa enjoy resident's discounts on golf and tennis. Free WiFi.
Facilities
The main bedroom has a 150cm king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have 2 bedside chest of drawers with bedside lamps which operate from the bedside and the wall and mirrored wardrobes with ample hangers. The mainbedroom has an electric radio alarm clock and a hairdryer. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. We provide good quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. Also good quality Egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels and bath mats. We also provide Beach Towels. In addition to the normal arrival and departure cleans arranged for each guest, the villa is deep cleaned and repainted as necessary every winter/spring.
Activities
La Manga Club is a 5* resort renowned for its 3 championship golf courses, 27 tennis courts, and top class golf and tennis tuition. In addition to its year long golf and tennis academies, it runs football and dance academies during the school holidays. The fantastic new La Manga Spa has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis and offers a full range of treatments. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from within the club and many more options a short drive away. There are designer clothes shops, gift boutiques, supermarkets, banks, doctors, dentist, chemist, estate agents and post office. La Manga has its own beach cove (La Cala) and a short drive away are the shallow calm waters of the Mar Menor. Also within 10 minutes drive is the Calblanque National Park with unspoilt, undeveloped beaches. There are excellent beaches and promenades at Alcazares, San Pedro del Pinetar and La Manga Strip.

Rental rates are inclusive of electricity - including air conditioning, bed linen and towels - including beach towels, welcome pack, arrival clean, and departure clean, mid stay clean for stays of 14 days. All periods include air conditioning but, outside of peak time, deduct £50 if air conditioning is not required. A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. Full paynment is required if travel is within 8 weeks. A full documentation pack detailing key collection, maps, directions and information about the club etc. will be sent out at least two weeks before departure. Changeover day is normally a Saturday for peak period but flexible at other times. Normal entry time into the villa is 4pm. On departure day you will be required to vacate the property by 10am. However, we will try to accommodate different entry/vacate times whenever possible.
