This luxurious detached villa with private pool and large gardens is available to rent on the Polaris Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is superbly equipped with full air-conditioning, radiators and Sky TV. Food can be ordered to arrive at your self-catering accommodation before you arrive. Please ask for details when you book. The villa is centrally located within the resort, just 50 metres stroll from the Social Club containing bars, restaurants, supermarket, a tennis court, gymnasium and large communal swimming pool.

The villa is just 30 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Murcia with its excellent cuisine, high class shopping and nightlife....and 20 minutes from the city of Cartagena with its Roman ruins, large naval base and historically important port. The sandy beaches of the Costa Calida are 15 minutes away. The clear warm waters in this region (Mar Menor) make it very popular with watersports enthusiasts. The gently shelving beaches and absence of strong currents mean that the beaches are perfect for families. Airport access is easy, with Murcia airport located just 10 minutes away and Alicante airport just 50 minutes drive. If you don't want to drive, we can arrange airport collection and return for you.

Rental Rates

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	£300 per Week
				High Season Price:	£800 per Week

The first payment will be 25% of the total cost of your rental, plus a £150 security deposit, this will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the property is booked less than 8 weeks before intended arrival, then the full balance is required to be paid.

Make a bank transfer to our 1st-4-Villas account.
