Vacation Rental Description
Las Golondrinas is registered with Murcia tourist board.It consists of a spacious house within a small holiday complex between the villages of La Pinilla and Las Palas.All the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and one has a level access showers for wheelchair users.It is fitted with British satellite TV, air conditioning and wi fi internet. access.It has a large patio at the front, a secluded inner courtyard at the back, and plenty of parking space. 
For larger groups there are 2 other rental properties within the complex. 
English owners live on site and run a residents bar overlooking the pool where you can enjoy good home cooking with a choice of English, Mediterranean or vegetarian fare.Evening meals (15 euros each)consist of 3 courses with wine included and followed by tea or coffee. Breakfasts are a choice of continental or full English.There is also a residents bar where you can enjoy your favourite tipple at very reasonable prices. 
The pool is solar heated and there is a hoist for disabled access. There is a BBQ area and plenty of sun terraces and shady spots. Ideal for chilling out with a glass of the local vino. 
The immediate area is ideal for walking, cycling and birdwatching. Within a very short drive there are 2 golf courses, the coast at Puerto de Mazarron, the historic city of Cartagena and the mountains of the Sierra Espuña.

    20% deposit is required with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Payments can be made by credit card by PayPal. No monies are refunded if you cancel so it is advisable to take out holiday insurance.

    A one off as I hate having my photo taken Carefree Holidays

    John and I have been offering guest house holidays since 1995, firstly in France and then in 2001 we decided to do as the swallows do and move south for the better weather. I am a retired nurse and John had his own business back in England so we are both used to dealing with the public.
    We run the guest house ourselves and pride ourselves in being able to give personal attention to our guests.Because of my nursing back ground and the fact that Johns mum was disabled with arthritis, we made sure that we had some accommodation that would be suitable for the less mobile visitor. We have a wheelchair accessible minibus for airport transfers and taking people out to lacal places of interst but are always available to give our local knowledge to those who want to be independent and drive themselves.
