Our property has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms one being en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped perfect for a self-catering holiday with everything you may need. The lounge is been furnished in a modern comfortable style. Outside on the terrace there are sun loungers together with a table and chairs for al fresco dining while enjoying the stunning views of the golf course and swimming pool. The swimming pool with gardens are situated directly below the apartment. There is central heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The fantastic club house, bars, restaurants, gym and supermarket are just around the corner. This resort is wonderful for families and golfers alike. Although, the resort is prestigious, it is also very relaxed and friendly. The low density of properties, most of which are set well back from the course are framed by the natural backdrop of the rocky valley

The Polaris world resorts are all within 20 minutes by car and clients are welcome to use any of the facilities in any of the resorts including discounted golf, a free complimentary bus will take you to and from any of the Polaris World resorts.

The town of Torrevieja with water park is 30 minutes away and Alicante 45 minutes.

Fiestas are serious business in Murcia. It’s important that you know when your local fiesta (fiesta patronal) is – check in your local teleclub or bar. Preparations start weeks in advance (depending upon the scale of the celebrations intended) with roles assigned for many of the villagers.

The region is well-known for its sunny climate with 310 days of sunshine each year. With mild winters and warn summers the climate is both suitable for golfers and families alike.

The coastline stretches some 250km where the Mar Menor meets the Mediterranean. You will find miles of sandy, warm, beaches and coves . Starting from Torre de la Horadada, San Pedro, Lo Pagan to Los Alcazares there is a different type of beach for every day of your holiday.

Los Alcazares has some of the finest beaches along the Costa Calida of Spain and is just a 15 minute drive away from El Valle. The beaches at Playa de los Narejos and Playa del Espejo have won the illustrious Q Awards for their high standards. The beaches run along the Mar Menor and offers warm shallow waters and fine sand, it is also noted that the waters here are some 6 to 7 degrees warmer than any other Mediterranean resorts. Along the promenade there are various bars, cafes, restaurants selling local tapas and play areas for children. Just a short walk inland leads you into the town centre area of Los Alcazares. There are many other local beaches, information of these can be found at the local tourist information centre in Los Alcazares.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor which is easily accessed by the lift via the front door and our private secure parking space situated below the apartment, suitable for 2 cars. The outside area is both covered and uncovered from where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular views.

Our property is situated on a Polaris world 5 star golf complex with 3 other Polaris golf courses close by that can be played at a discounted rate.A free coach will also transport you to and from any of the resorts to enjoy the facilities day or night( the coach schedule listed in the apartment).
