This new apartment has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and double sofa bed, plus travel cot. There is a separate dining area and American style breakfast bar and kitchen. There are ceiling fans in each room and air conditioning/heating to the main lounge area and main bedroom. It is situated on the ground floor and has spacious balcony area with table and chairs and room for loungers. The lower patio area is fully tiled and spacious. The swimming pool is to the rear of the property and can be seen from the main bedroom window.

There is a British shop with a variety of larger supermarkets within easy readh. there is a large shopping centre (Dos Mares) just 10 minutes away, which includes a large hypermarket, dozens of smaller shops, plenty of eating establishments, a multiplex cinema (Spanish) and bowling alley.

A £50 deposit is required at time of booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travel. There is a £35 per stay cleaning charge (also payable prior to travel), payment by cheque only.
Extra charge for use of air conditioning/heating £15 per week.
