Los Naranjos de Alhama is a Resort both named after and represented by the orange tree. This ornamental fruit tree lines the streets and is present in the gardens and squares of the complex, intoxicating them with its sweet aroma. Located at the heart of Condado de Alhama, close to the main Town Centre, El Oasis, and alongside the wide central boulevard, Los Naranjos de Alhama boasts its own Town Centre, El Ágora. The Resort looks onto the impressive Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course opposite and the controlled access points to the Resort mark the end of the beautiful leafy avenue which connects Los Naranjos de Alhama to the rest of Condado de Alhama.

Los Naranjos de Alhama Penthouses are Mediterranean-style apartments characterised by their spacious terraces and privileged frontline golf location. They are opposite the 18-hole golf course personally designed by Jack Nicklaus.

  • The lounge has a set of patio doors leading to the terrace, and frames the views to the golf course and mountains beyond. The is a sofa and recliner for you to relax with your feet up watching the wall mounted 32" flat screen TV with UK channels. A superb square shaped dining table with 4 modern leather chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the home comforts you would expect from leading brands. Bedroom One Double bed & headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, and a set of large fitted wardrobes. Inside the wardrobes are a hanging rail with wooden hangers and a set of drawers for storage. French doors lead to the South facing terrace. Bedroom Two Two single beds & headboards, one bedside table with lamp, and large fitted wardrobes. Bathroom A fully equipped bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin with large mirror over, towel hooks and extractor fan.

  • The Murcia Region is a privileged land, a perfect example of quality of life in the Mediterranean. It’s warm, mild temperatures (with an annual average of 21 C) and low rainfall makes it an oasis of well-being in any season. 
     
    The Murcia Region shoreline runs just over 250 km and is shared by two seas: the Minor Sea (Mar Menor) and the Mediterranean. The landscape is peppered with breathtaking cliffs, heavenly secluded beaches of endless white sand, lively seaports and natural coves of crystal-clear waters. Outstanding beaches of soft sand, clean water and dazzling sunsets. 
     
    Many of these areas are part of the Region’s network of Protected Natural Lands. 
    A noteworthy geographical feature is La Manga, a strip of coastline that encloses and separates the 170 km2 Minor Sea lagoon from the Mediterranean, connected only by channels or gorges. The Minor Sea's warm waters have always been renowned for their health benefits.

    Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 10 AM. Details such as the meet and greet and directions will be forwarded to you at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Refundable £200 security deposit required with booking. It will be returned within 10 days of the return of the keys to the owner, less any deductions in the event of damage etc. A reservation can be confirmed with a 25% rental deposit, and the completion and return of a Rental Terms and Conditions form and Registration form. This must be completed within 7 days of your verbal or e-mail commitment to reserve if we are to hold your requested dates. If cancelled within eight weeks of the arrival date, the owner will retain the 25% deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property). There is a Euro 65 cleaning charge added to the booking.

    Debbie and Connie with her hero Buz Family ran holiday home that feels like a home from home.

    Hi we are Debbie and Richard Kirby who own a fantastic townhouse in this popular central Vista Cay resort in Orlando. We have managed to achieve nearly 70% occupancy in the last two years based on a beautiful, very clean and well managed property in Orlando`s premier location for all the theme parks.

    With the furthest theme park entrance only 7 miles away, located on Universal drive that runs straight into Universal Studios and on the next block to Sea World and the new Aquarius water park, you could not get closer to the action. In fact save the car rental and parking fees and take a taxi. Our last guest confirmed our advice and saved the cost of the rental whilst reducing the stress. Lets face it the taxi takes you to the entrance not the back of the parking lot.

    Thanks for your mail. I have no objections to you using my comments. I hope it generates more guests for you.

    We did not hire a car while we were there and found the walk to I Drive (via the Hilton Hotel) very quick and easy (20 mins), especially in the mornings when we needed to "walk off our dinner from the night before !". We did not walk back at night as we were too tired. The taxi's were very reasonable and we found a particularly helpful driver and used him for most of the time. His name was Serge and he can be contacted on 407 394 4238. We found him very honest, punctual and very helpful. His web site is www.lbashuttleserviceofflorida.com. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

    Our first visit to Florida really was fantastic and to our surprise found everyone very friendly and helpful.

    Charleys's Steakhouse in particular was very memorable. I don't think we will ever eat steak again in the UK.
    We also treated ourselves to a day at Discovery Cove and it really was my dream come true.

    Thanks again and we will be in touch as soon as I can convince my husband that we must go again!!!!!.
