Vacation Rental Description
This spacious villa is situated in an area reknown for its sunny climate. Convieniently situated on a quiet urbanisation, that has close access to shopping, banking, internet access, and restuarant facilities, and also a short walk from Sensol golf course.
The entrance to the villa has a small fully established Spanish garden leading onto a veranda where you can sit in shade of the sun.
Fully equiped kitchen, and separate dining area. The comfortable sitting room has a CD/radio, DVD player, board games and books, all to help you have a relaxing stay at the villa.
The third bedrrom, has its own private balcony with garden furniture, and in typical Spanish style, is accessed from outside, via a staircase.
There is parking facilities for one car on the property.
One pet is welcome at the villa upon negotiation with the owner.
Flights from most main airports to Murcia (San Javier airport), which is the closet one to the Villa. Almeria airport is the next nearest airport to te villa.

The urbinisation has a swimming pool on sight that can be used for a small fee.

Situated on an urbinisation that boasts an 18 hole golf course and club house (Sensol Golf). There are several restuarants close by ( 5 minute drive away), which caters for various cuisines - Indian, Chinese, Italian and English, as well as having numerous bars and shops to help make your stay at the villa a comfortable and enjoyable experience. To sample the Spanish culture why not visit Mazarron a typical Spanish town that has a small port where you can stroll and and take in the scenic views of the Sierra Espuna Mountains, whilst sampling a beverage at one of the many beach restuarants. This beautiful coastline is just a 15 minute drive away from the villa, and one that boasts several beaches (one of which is for nudists), with both sailing and scuba diving clubs scattering the coastline.
