This detached house, in Camposol Sector A, has room for a total of 7 people plus one infant. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a further separate toilet, a living/dining room and a kitchen.  
 
Downstairs 
The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and an oven. 
The Lounge has three sofas which seat 7 people and the dining table seats 8. There is also a large flatscreen television with satellite viewing including most UK channels (eg ITV, Channel 4) and Sky News. There is also a DVD player. The main bedroom has a luxurious super king size bed and a large en suite bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet, two sinks and a bidet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a further large single bed. There is also a large Graco travel cot should you need one as well as a highchair, attachable bed safety rail and two portable stair gates at no extra cost. There is also a large portable playpen for use inside or on the terrace. 
 
Upstairs 
There's a spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed and a television with built in dvd player and satellite tv access. The bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet,sink and bidet. From the bedroom large patio doors open onto the secluded roof terrace where you may sunbathe or enjoy the stunning views of the area.  
There are ceiling fans throughout the inside of the property and also on the front terrace along with soft loungers.  
Heaters are also provided should they be needed. 
 
Outside 
 
In the large spacious garden there is a stunning 10 metres by 10 metres private pool which is simply perfect for a large family. It has walk-in steps to the shallow section and is ideal for young children and two deeper sections for the rest of the family to also enjoy. There are also several terraces for sunbathing with lie-flat sunloungers and the pool and terrace get sun all day until it goes down late in the evening.  
For those that enjoy al fresco dining, the table and benches on the outside bar-b-que terrace seats 8-10 people and the grape-vine covered pergola provides lots of shade if required. The bar-b-que is a fantastic large stone chiminea! 
The garden is very pretty and very secluded with high walls on all sides covered with pink bougainvillea and in the garden you will find beautiful palms,olive trees,lemon,orange and fig trees.  
There is also ample space to park your car both in the car port area of the property and on the quiet residential road outside. There is no cost for this.

**A Complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival, consisting of milk, bread,sugar,wine, coffee etc **Our local and very reliable English speaking agent will meet you on arrival and will be on hand to sort out any problems you may encounter or simply to advise the best places to eat!! **The villa will be cleaned for your arrival and after your departure at no extra cost. Should you wish to pay for a mid rental clean for longer stays then this is charged at 45 euros locally. **All linen, towels and pool towels provided for your use and the kitchen is very well equipped with just about everything you would like if you were cooking or baking at home.

Puerto de Mazarrón hosts several beautiful sandy beaches, which are relatively quiet most of the year and you can also practice surfing, jetskiing and scuba diving. 
 
This area offers the opportinity to learn to sail, hire bikes (delivered to the villa) scuba-dive or go horse riding. There are also several golf courses in the area including Polaris World a few minutes away. 
 
Casa Mateo is situated in Camposol A, approx. 5 minutes drive from Mazarrón. It is very peaceful and great for any kind of holiday, whether it be swimming and sunbathing/going to the beach/local culture/golf/walking/cycling and hiking. You can do so much here and in the winter months it is only just over two hours to the ski areas. 
Locally there are several bars, banks and shops. There are also supermarkets and some lovely restaurants, including wonderful Spanish restaurants and tapas bars as well as some favourites like Chinese, Indian and Fish and Chips.
