Vacation Rental Description
The house is located in the region of Murcia in South East Spain It is a beautiful modern one storey property set in its own grounds and has all modern amenities as well as private gardens and its own large pool. We will be totally honest about the house and its location as we do not intend to mislead anyone. Our aim is to make sure that your holiday is totally enjoyable and that will only happen by being honest.
It is set in a nice quiet location, so if you are looking for clubs and a wild nightlife this is not the place for you. If you want privacy, relaxation in comfortable surroundings, then look no further.
The first thing to say is that the property is brand new, being completed in Summer 2008. The small development is also completed, so there is no construction work happening, however it does have a “new feel” to it as all new developments do.
The gardens are now totally covered with a variety of paving, wooden decking boards or coloured stone chippings and are are well stocked with a beautiful array of exotic flowers and plants.
The house is a 3 bedroom property with two bathrooms.
It consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, utility room, lounge, dining area, 3 bedrooms - one en suite - and a master bathroom. It is fitted with good quality furniture, rather than doing it doing it on the cheap. We want people to be delighted when they stay here.
We have tried very hard to make it a true home from home, so that everything that you would find at home will be here (please tell us if we have missed anything !).
There is a large comfortable L shaped settee with Cable TV (200 or so channels, but a lot of nonsense on there too ! The main UK terrestrial channels are there though such as BBC and ITV). There is a DVD player. Hi Fi, portable stereo, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board etc etc. The kitchen is always stocked up and the fridge has beer and wine etc. All we ask is that you replace what you use when you leave.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has two twin beds.All have large built in wardrobes with lots of coat hangers !!
Air con is fitted to the lounge and two of the bedrooms.
Outside there is plenty of space. It is a corner plot so is nice and private and has a large 10 x 5 metre pool with a 2 x 2 childrens pool attached but screened off so children cannot access the deeper main pool. The garden is very private, unlike a lot of larger developments !! Be wary of some properties which do not have any privacy whatsoever !
There are 6 sunloungers, an outside table and 6 chairs and parasol for dining outside and barbecue. The house has a terrace area with very comfortable conservatory furniture, which is ideal for getting out of the sun or watching the sun set in the evening.
Clean towels and bedding are provided at no hidden charge

The nearest beaches are set along the beautiful Mar Menor (which is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe).
The area is still very much Spanish and has resisted the influx of commercial tourism designed for the British.
If you want to find “English fish and chips” this is not the place for you !
There are a lot of typical Spanish coastal towns along the Mar Menor, such as Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera, where you will find some great restaurants and a lively nightlife (but not aimed at the 18-30 crowd).
Further afield there are some beautiful unspoilt beaches along the Calblanque, which is a 13 km protected national park. It has many beautiful and peaceful beaches, set against a backdrop of mountains that seperate it by just 2 miles from the busy La Manga area. It is really strange that you can find yourself alone on a totally deserted beach just a few miles from an explosion of commercial activity.
