There is a charge of 60 Euros per booking for meet and greet, cleaning and laundry services to be paid directly to our key holder. Electricity charges are included in the rental price. There are no hidden charges. Shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) negotiable. Longer stays by negotiation. Prices quoted are discounted to reflect the current economic downturn.

Hello Roger,
Just a quick email to say how much we adored your apartment and Las Terrazas, we didn't want to leave! We had a great holiday, with my son Cal becoming good friends with the son of the owner's directly above you. They were joined at the hip for the fortnight.
You and your wife have thought of everything, everything we needed was contained within the apartment, how you tear yourself away from Las Terrazas must take great strength! It was a real joy to spend time there.

About us and the resort
Roger was a senior project manager in the aviation sector and has worked extensively overseas on Airport related projects in Russia, the Middle and Far East. He has taken early retirement after 37 years service with the same company. He is passionate about golf and has been a single figure handicapper since his teenage days. Aine, Roger’s wife, is a Town Planner and took early retirement some years ago. She too loves golf and looks forward to quality time with Roger in Las Terrazas in the years ahead. Roger and Aine have three daughters, two of which are currently in College while the youngest is still attending Secondary School. They have made Las Terrazas their home from home and look forward to extending a warm welcome to their guests.
The resort itself is in a quite neighbour surrounded by orange groves and farmland. It's also not near any secondary or primary roads so all you might hear at night time are crickets. There are many restaurants nearby and the famous inland sea of Mar Menor is visible from the the roof terrace of the apartment block. A major attraction for us was the unique design of these particular intimate apartment blocks as they only have 4 apartments on each of the 4 floors.
Even for non golfers the view of the Jack Nicklaus designed course from our terrace is spectacular with its desert type features and undulating lush green fairways. Our communal swimming pool is also visible from our terrace making it very convenient for keeping an eye on the kids. The fact that numerous splendid beaches are only a 10/15 minute drive away is also a major attraction.
