This property is in the best location on Polaris La Torre Golf Resort. It has a large sun terrace with stunning pool and golf views including the breath taking lake which surrounds the 11th green. The town centre which comprises a large supermarket, shops, hair & beauty salon, restaurants and several bars is only a 5 minute walk away. Tennis courts are also at hand if you want to be energetic.

The apartment is furnished luxuriously throughout and is fully equipped for easy living. Air-conditioning is installed in the main living room and both bedrooms with gas central heating throughout.

The resort has its own nursery, medical centre and pharmacy, as well as 24-hour security service with closed circuit video cameras and control of access to the resort, making it perfect for families with children of all ages.

				High Season Price:	£375 per Week

The first payment will be 25% of the total cost of your rental, plus a £150 security deposit, this will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the property is booked less than 8 weeks before intended arrival, then the full balance is required to be paid.
