Main Description
This tastefully furnished apartment is situated just 100 metres from the lovely small beach of Punta Prima. It has an open plan lounge and dining area with a settee and 4 seater dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with halogen hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and full compliment of crockery, glasses and utensils. The lounge area has french doors leading to a very large patio which overlooks one of the pools. Sky TV and DVD player are provided.

Along from the open plan lounge and dining area is a bathroom consisting of a W.C. and bidet, bath, shower and wash hand basin. Opposite the main bathroom is the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and french doors leading on to the balcony. Next to second bedroom is the master bedroom which has a double bed and balcony overlooking the pool. The Apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with a car parking space in the underground car park.

This apartment is located within the attractive district of Punta Prima, near to the neighbouring resorts of Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. Together, these resorts offer absolutely everything at your disposal, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and amenities, together with easy access to nearby golf courses and the international airports of Alicante and San Javier.

To the North Señorio de Punta Prima borders the town of Torrevieja and the beaches of Orihuela to the South. Transport infrastructure around Señorio de Punta Prima has been dramatically upgraded in recent years, making travel to other parts of Spain or abroad far easier and quicker. Señorio de Punta Prima is only about 45 minutes’ drive from the centre of Alicante, the administrative and economic capital of the region.

Rates

Low Season Price : £225
High Season Price : £375 per Week

The first payment will be 25% of the total cost of your rental, plus a £150 security deposit, this will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the property is booked less than 8 weeks before intended arrival, then the full balance is required to be paid.
