The apartment is suitable for families,  
couples and elderly people as property is located on the ground floor. The apartment is within secure grounds, with access through security gate. Property has two double bedrooms, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with utility area housing washing machine etc. Open plan lounge/diner area includes sofa bed. Large patio area opening onto pool with table and 4 chairs plus 4 sun lounger’s. Quite location most of the year except July and August when a poolside bar opens for tapas, snacks, pre-ordered meals and refreshments. Not far from local amenities including, restaurants, supermarket and internet cafe. Close to popular large Sunday market. Only 5 minutes to nearest sandy beach with additional beaches only a few minutes further.

    • Spanish style established 2 bedroom ground floor apartment within secured complex, situated in a traditional old Spainish resort. A smitten knowlege of the Spanish language is advised but the locals are only too pleased to help you if you are willing to try. The apartment is overlooking a large pool with a children's section close by. A small play area is within the confined gated grounds so ideal for families. A poolside bar offering drinks, snacks, tapas and pre ordered meals is open during the summer months creating a friendly hussle and bussle of a holiday complex while still restful. A quiet, tranquil atmospher is had outside of this period. A large sunday market is located outside the complex which sells a multitude of goods. This market although close is not heard within the apartment and immediate enclosed area. The market operates all through the year and is a must for all bargain hunter. The closest beach is just 5 mins to 7 m

    A 10% deposit is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 breakages deposit is also paayble 6 weks prios to arrival and is refundable with 1 week of departure provided the apartment has been left as found. Finally there is a €35 euro charge which is payable locally on departure.
