£100 non refundable deposit secures a booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to holiday start.A refund of 50% is available for cancellations between 4-8 weeks of holiday start. Refunds are not available for cancellations within 4 weeks of holiday start. A breakages deposit of £100 is charged & is refunded within 14 days of vacating the property subject to inspection.
