Welcome to our holiday home in the historic town of Aguilas on the beautiful Costa Calida of Spain. The 3-storey ‘townhouse’ style house has been built to a high standard and with every facility to make your stay very comfortable. It sleeps 6-8 people and is on a small development only 5 minutes drive from the centre of the local towns of Aguilas and Calabardina.
The area provides all the facilities and activities you need for either an active holiday, such as boating, scuba diving, quad biking and walking; or for a full-on relaxing break, such as thalassotherapy, good beaches and some superb swimming pools on the site.
Las Dunas De Cope is easily accessible from airports at Almeria, Murcia (both about 45-50 minutes easy drive on quiet roads) and Alicante (2 hours). The airports are well served by budget airlines such as RyanAir, EasyJet, Monarch, ThomsonFly and Flybe, from airports all over the UK and Ireland.
If you are looking for a relaxing, child friendly and very Spanish holiday experience in an area that is not overrun with egg and chips British pubs, then this could be for you!

About The House
The house was completed in 2006, and has been built to a high standard with every facility to make your stay very comfortable, whether for a short holiday or a longer stay over the winter. To this end it has combined air conditioning and heating in all main rooms, full double-glazing, and shutters to all windows.
On the ground floor there is a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room, with a log-burning stove for the cooler evenings in the winter. From the front door, you step out on to the sunny front terrace. Set within a small enclosed garden, it has a lockable front gate, handy for keeping wandering children under control! It also overlooks a kidney shaped 25-metre swimming pool, with separate shallow children’s area at one end.
The lounge also leads to the separate well-equipped kitchen, which in turn leads to the utility room and rear terrace; a sunny spot in the morning but a cooler area for eating in the afternoon shade. Once again the terrace is walled and has a lockable rear gate.
There is also a full ground floor shower room.
On the first floor, there is a double master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full en suite bathroom, including bath with shower over, toilet, sink and bidet. There is also a twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, and another shower room, with shower, toilet and sink.
On the second floor there is a further room with XX (NOT DECIDED YET!) beds. This leads via sliding patio doors to the large roof terrace, or solarium; fantastic for catching the last rays of evening sun!
The house has two stereo systems, both suitable for you to connect your own MP3 player, a colour television and DVD player, and satellite TV allowing you to pick up over 300 English language TV and radio channels, including all BBC and ITV channels.
The Site
Las Dunas De Cope is a small development of new townhouses and apartments set on a hill between the very Spanish towns of Aguilas and Calabardina in the Murcia region.
The house has one of the best locations on the site, overlooking a large swimming pool and with another just off to the right. These communal pools are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests, giving you an ideal place to relax.

One of the warmest and driest parts of Spain, with all year round sunshine. On site bar and restaurant (3 minutes walk)is the social centre of the site.
The area is relatively undiscovered by the Brits so has a lovely Spanish feel, with excellent restaurants. Beautiful and deserted coves and bays within 3-5 minutes drive.
