The modern kitchen is fully equipped with halogen hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and full compliment of crockery, glasses and utensils.
The lounge area has french doors leading to the patio which overlooks the pool. A TV and DVD player are provided.
Along from the open plan lounge and dining area is a bathroom consisting of a W.C. and bidet, Jacuzzi bath and wash hand basin.
Further along are two bedrooms, the main bedroom having a double bed and balcony overlooking the pool and the second bedroom having two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The Apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with a car parking space in the underground car park.
The pool is only for use by owners and guests of these apartments. The pool is cleaned weekly and the gardens maintained to a high standard.
