Villa located in the Madrid countryside, sorrounded by nature, with excellent transport links to Pozuelo and Madrid. You will find a supermarket and the Montepríncipe Hospital within easy walking distance, and is conveniently close to the towns of Pozuelo and Majadahonda which offer great shopping and outlet shopping, restaurants, and cinemas (Kinépolis, which boasts the best cinemas in Spain).
It is set in an un jardin de 800m2, with private pool and off-road parking. It is a spacious, luminous villa with large comfortable living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a traditional andalusian patio with BBQ, dining room for up to 14 people, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Guests will also have access to satelite TV, free Wi-fi access and all bed linens and towels are included. Optionally, guests may choose to have a live-in member of staff to cook meals and clean at an additional cost.
The property is spread over 3 levels (basement, ground floor and first floor). The mainhouse is accessed through a porche which has been reconverted into a conservatory with comfortable couches leading to the entrance hall. On the ground floor you will also find a large living room with chimney and direct access to the traditional andalusian patio and BBQ area, the dining room, kitchen and laundry room. You will also find a single bedroom and a full-batrhoom.
On the first floor, you will find 5 rooms: an en-suite family room, an en-suite double room and 3 double rooms with shared bathroom.
The TV room is in the basement, enclosed by stone walls which make it an ideal spot in the summer, equiped with a 40" LCD TV, satellite TV, DVD and VHS.
