5 Bedroom Self Catering Cottage in Madrid

There are 5 lovely bedrooms all with en suite bathroom. Sleeping a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children. Both The Heron and The Mallard are duplex bedrooms, with downstairs a large double bed and upstairs 2 single (children) beds. The Stork has a large double bed and a nice sitting corner. There is double bed in The Kingfisher and 2 single beds in The Owl. The Heron, Mallard and Stork have impressive views over the mountains, waterfall and river. The Kingfisher and The Owl are located on the back of the house, but still have nice views on the trees, canal and river. All beds are of very good quality and 2 metres long. This in combination with the relaxing sound of the water is guarantee enough for a good night of sleep. Even in the hottest days of summer, the fresh running water of the river will make sure that the temperature in and around the watermill is pleasant...

In the canal of the watermill, the last 10 meters have a concrete floor. With a ladder for easy access this makes a private natural swimming pool. The water is clean and cold. Only 80 cm deep so perfect for a refreshing bath for young and old. The more experienced swimmers can also take a swim in the little lake of the mill. Afterwards the terrace and garden are a superb place to dry up.. With the canal on the left, river on the right and the lake in front, this will be your private island. And how about fishing your trout for lunch and prepare it on the BBQ? 
 
In the winter the surrounding mountains offer plenty of opportunities to practice different winter sports. Valdesqui and Navacerrada for downhill skiing and snowboard, but also cross country skiing and sledding are possible in the surroundings of the watermill. 
After a day of wintersport is nice to gather and warm up around the fireplace in the watermill.
