La Glorieta de Rubén Darío, está lindando al “Paseo de la Castellana” y es donde termina Almagro y comienza Miguel Ángel, que es cruzada por el único paseo del sector: Eduardo Dato (antiguo Paseo del Cisne). Es una zona tranquila en la tarde noche pero muy agitada durante la jornada laboral. Muy segura y cotizada para residir. 
El Edificio es muy seguro ya que al lado, en la calle Rafael Calvo, está la comisaría de Policía y el Defensor del Pueblo. En la misma calle Miguel Ángel también hay algunos edificios de la administración muy vigilados y el Hotel Miguel Ángel en la otra esquina de la calle. Cerca hay varios restaurantes como el VIPS o una discoteca como Shabay o la discoteca Fortuny 7 en la calle que lleva su mismo nombre a tan sólo un par de minutos andando. Todas las calles de los alrededores tienen bares, restaurantes o tiendas. Por ejemplo, una papelería cruzando la calle o una farmacia en la Glorieta de Rubén Darío.

The oval of Rubén Darío, is near "Paseo de la Castellana" and is where Almoagro street ends and begins Miguel Angel, that is intersected by the only walk of the sector: Eduardo Dato (before Paseo del Cisne). It is a quiet area in the late afternoon but very agitated during the workday. Very safe and listed to live.The building is very secure and close to Calle Rafael Calvo street is the Police Office and the Ombudsman. In the same Migel Angel street, there are some administration buildings very guarded, the Migel Angel Hotel is located in the other corner of the street. Located near several restaurants such as VIPS or nightclubs as Shabay and Fortuny 7 in Miguel Angel Street too, just a two minutes walk. All the surrounding streets have bars, restaurants and shops, for example a paper shop across the street and pharmacy in the square of Ruben Darío.
