Vacation Rental Description

This cozy one bedroom apartment in the heart of Madrid is immaculate. In 2007 we completed renovation and hence the apartment is furnished with everything brand new from the sofa though to the teaspoons, from the bathroom sink through to the kitchen sink! As an ‘exterior’ apartment it gets plenty of natural light and sunshine throughout the day.

Why check into a hotel room when you can get a whole apartment for your stay in Madrid? You can’t get a more central location either. Many attractions such as museums, the Royal Palace, theatres, shops, bars and restaurants are all within 1-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Come and stay in the perfect home away from home in downtown Madrid!

Please note the apartment is in a restored building which does not have an elevator, it is on the 5th floor and the only way up and down is using the stairs so please be prepared for this. No smoking or pets allowed in the apartment.

Last Minute Discounts 25 % discount if booking start date is less than 2 days.
