Luxury two bedroom villa in excellent position for all the resort town facilities,supermarket,bars,restaurants and club house,all within ten minutes walk from the villa.There are numerous swimming pools on the resort the nearest to the villa is approximately five minutes walk away. 
The property has air conditioning and central heating throughout,there are two bedrooms both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. 
The living room has two large leather sofas,LCD television and DVD/CD player,a selection of DVDs,CDs,books and games,dining table and six chairs.Patio doors lead to the terrace, furnished with table,six chairs and barbeque.There is a telephone for incoming calls only(national and international) and for use within the Polarisworld resorts. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with,electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,coffee machine,kettle and toaster and all the utensils and china and glass for a trouble free self catering stay.Leading from the kitchen is the utility room which has a washer/dryer,ironing board and iron. 
Upstairs is the solarium perfect for sunbathing.There is a table ,four chairs and four sunloungers. 
The villa is on a safe and secure gated resort.

    • La Torre golf resort is in a beautiful location in the region of Murcia.The blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor are just a short drive away.The famous Mar Menor salt water lagoon is safe for swimming and various water sports. The historic port of Cartagena and the city of Murcia are about 25 minutes drive from the resort, both have museums and many other historical places of interest. 
    There are many golf courses to choose from in the area,Polaris operates a free bus shuttle service between the Polarisworld golf resorts. 
    The local towns and villages in the area all have shops, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.

    A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking.Full payment is required six weeks before your arrival date.If the booking is less than six weeks before your arrival date then the full payment is required. A £150 security deposit is payable at the time of booking to cover damages/breakages,this will be returned to you providing there are no breakages/damage during your stay.A €50 euro final clean charge is payable to the key holder on arrival.Additional cleaning,linen and towel change can be arranged.Beach towels are provided. Payment by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
