A luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa, with vaulted ceilings giving much extra light whilst keeping the inside cool, plus shutters at all the windows for a very traditional feel. Furnished to a high standard with leather settees and comfortable beds. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Spacious lounge with french doors opening onto the garden and private pool with views directly onto the golf course. Open fire, TV with satellite channels.

Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom with hydro massage bath and shower, large fitted wardrobes and double french doors opening onto garden and pool. Twin beds which can be pushed together. The two other bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room/wc.

From the lounge area is a door leading to an outside covered seating area with large table 6 chairs and brick built barbeque. The garden has a private swimming pool, outside, patio and plenty of space to sit in the shade or the sun. You will find 4 sun loungers.

Preferred method of payment is by bank transfer a 25 percent reservation deposit is required to secure your booking With the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. A refundable security deposit of GBP 300 is required before your arrival. This will be refunded to you after your departure once the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out.
