This villa has to be seen to be fully appreciated. It has a large private swimming pool, mature gardens and many other extras. 
The location of the villa within Mar Menor Golf Resort is also perfect. Situated just 3 minute's walk from the heart of the resort with its 5 Star Intercontinental Resort, Social Club, supermarket, communal pools, gym, tennis court, shops, bars and restaurants. 
 
Mar Menor Golf Resort is, without doubt, one of the finest examples of a successful golf course development. It has a perfect location close to the sandy beaches and warm, clear waters of the Mar Menor Sea coupled with perfect facilities for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Many people who have experienced a holiday here choose to return to Mar Menor Golf Resort year after year.  
 
From within the resort it is possible to get a free bus to the other Polaris World resorts of La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme where you can enjoy the facilities on offer there. There is also a regular bus into the nearby town of Torre Pacheco which has a lovely weekend market, nightlife and a whole host of shopping available. The seaside town of Los Alcazares is just 3 miles away and the international airport of San Javier is just 10 minutes by car/taxi. 
 
This area of the region of Murcia is known as the Costa Calida, or "Warm Coast" - it is know as the warmest place in mainland Europe with over 300 days of sunshine a year and average temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius. The waters of the Mar Menor Sea are 2-3 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean and the shallow water and gently shelving beaches make it perfect for families.
