This beautifully furnished fully air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool and fully fenced garden is situated in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the many Polaris World resort amenities. We have endeavoured to make the facilities in the villa second to none to cater for the golfer, friends and family alike. Dine on the patio beside the 8m x 3m private swimming pool or choose the large roof terrace to top up the tan. Cool down in the large pool and send the kids inside to play the supplied Xbox on the large LCD TV.  
 
Bedroom 1: king size or 2 single beds. Air conditioned with ample cupboard space, bedside cabinets. There is an en suite with shower. 
Bedroom 2: king size or 2 single beds. Air conditioned with ample cupboard space and bedside cabinets. 
 
2 bathrooms, 1 en suite, the main bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, modern wooden sink cabinet. En suite to bedroom has WC, shower unit, charming wooden sink cabinet, bidet. 
 
A modern fully fitted kitchen. Oven and 4-ring hob with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, large fridge/freezer, kettle and the all important dishwasher. There are all the utensils, plate, cutlery you would expect in any modern kitchen. 
 
A beautiful spacious living room with brown leather sofabed and 2 brown leather 2 seater, dining table with 4 chairs. LG 32 inch LCD television with DVD player, Xbox with 20+ games and satellite TV with all major UK Sky channels and MP3 speaker system. 
 
A large private roof terrace with ample space for dining and bathing. 
 
Towels and linen are included with the property. A charge of 75 euros is mandatory for clean up after stay. Extra linen change can be arranged. 
 
Rental of cots, highchairs etc are available for a small extra charge, payable on arrival. Internet access is available via pre-payment cards from the resort centre.

    • The resort incorporates a 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf centre, numerous stylish restaurants and bars, tennis courts, communal swimming pools, large supermarket, health and beauty centre and much more.  
     
    You can't have failed not to notice the Polaris World adverts on TV. Jack Nicklaus not only fronts these but he also designed the La Torre 18-hole course. A stunning course with water and sand aplenty it's a good test of golf for the high and low handicapper. As a Polaris World guest you also have the right to play at the other golf courses in the Polaris stable all of which are within 15 minute drive of the resort. The most recent, El Valle, is 5 minutes down the road.  
     
    The world famous Mar Menor is situated only 15 minutes drive from the resort. With its famous healing properties, warm waters and fabulous beaches it's an area of unspoilt beauty that the Spanish are rightly proud of.
