Superb detached villa on the 5 Star La Torre Golf Resort. The property has two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes, two singles bed in each which can be attached to make king size doubles. The bathroom offers a bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet, heated towel rails along with matching wash basin. The lounge area includes two settees for relaxing and television which broadcasts UK channels and SKY TV. It also has a DVD/CD player. The dining area accomodates four people around an extendable table. The double patio doors open up to the outdoor patio area which has a large table with four seats, ideal for breakfast in the sun. This follows on to the attractive lawned garden allowing privacy through a screen of hedges. The large kitchen includes Fridge, Freezer, Oven Hob, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine and plenty of cupboards for storage. It has two doors, one leading to the dining area the other to the garden area. Outside steps lead up to a large roof terrace area with stunning views over the mountains and golf course. Here you will find a outdoor furniture set and table which seats four, ideal for enjoying a bottle of wine and watching the sun set over the mountains. There are also two sun loungers. The property allows off road parking with it's own driveway. 
 
 
La Torre Golf Resort is a stunning complex with 24 hour security, with access through a constantly manned barrier controlled entrance. The properties surrounded the Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf courses and 15 communual pools are situated within easy walking distance. The town centre boasts a plethera of restaurants and bars as well as a bank and fully stocked supermarket which includes a small cafe. If needed there is no need to leave the resort. Residents booking our villa will benefit from discounted green fees and there are two sets of clubs available for your use while staying at the villa at no extra cost (saves the cost of bringing your own). There is also driving range and putting green with a golf shop on site.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking along with a £100 security deposit when paying the final balance. This security deposit will be refunded with 14 days of departure after final inspection of the property for damage or loss. A cleaning charge of £50 will only be added for stays less than 7 days in duration.
