A luxury two bedroom, 2 bathroom, semi-detached townhouse situated in the exclusive La Torre 5* Golf Resort, near Murcia. It is furnished to a superb standard and is fully equipped including a 32' LCD HD TV, DVD, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, air conditioning and central heating. For those with young children there are 2 COTS with deluxe mattresses, 2 HIGHCHAIRS and a stair gate available to use at NO EXTRA COST, unlike others who will charge for these items. There is a covered terrace on the ground floor and 2 other sun terraces on the 1st and 2nd floor where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity and stunning views of mountains, sunset and almond groves. We are very conveniently located, with the Clubhouse, resort centre and supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The resort boasts a number of restaurants, bars, swimming pools, children's play areas, tennis courts, a hair and beauty salon. There are also plenty of activities for the non golfer.
La Torre Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain, an area blessed with wonderful beaches, mountains, natural parks, vineyards, orange and olive groves. The region enjoys a fantastic climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year, ideal for family and golfing holidays all year round. The resort is only 15 minutes drive away from the beaches of Los Alcazares, situated on the Mar Menor which is actually Europe's largest seawater lagoon. Los Alcazares has a beautiful 2 mile palm tree lined promenade, dotted with beach cafes and restaurants. Other beautiful, unspoilt beaches nearby are those of La Manga, Mazarrón and Calblanque. The beautiful city of Murcia is only 20mins away and is a delightful place to visit with its architecture, history, tradition, cathedral, art cafe culture & the shopping centre. For non-golfers, activities nearby include water sports, tennis,water/zoo parks, walking trails, cultural sightseeing & excellent shopping.
How to get there: Murcia (San Javier) Airport is only 15 to 20 minutes away. Alicante Airport just over an hour away. Many main and budget airlines fly to Murcia and Alicante, incuding: from the UK - Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2.com, Monarch, BMI Baby, Thomsonfly, Flybe.com, LTE International Airways.

The lounge/dining room has patio doors leading to a covered terrace ideal for outdoor dining. As well as the sun terrace on the 1st floor, there is another sun terrace on the 2nd floor where you can enjoy the lovely views, peace and tranquillity. The property has a FREE internal phone-to book tee times, restaurants & other services on the resort, it can receive incoming calls too.
The master bedroom is spacious with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a large sun terrace complete with table/chairs/parasol, where you can enjoy the sunset and beautiful views. All beds & cots have deluxe mattresses & bedding at no extra cost. Air con in lounge & bedrooms

La Torre Golf Resort is a 5 star luxurious golf resort characterised by a Mediterranean-style, white-washed properties and wide avenues flanked by trees, fountains and gardens. Structured around a large, 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 1.4 km2 resort also has tennis courts, several swimming pools including a jacuzzi, a gym and a children's pool and a number of play grounds.
