A new luxury two bedroom detached villa, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and can be used as a twin or double, it has an attractive marble tiled en suite shower room, with bidet, wc and vanity unit. The second bedroom with fitted wardrobes, can also be a twin or double, has views over the garden. There is a second family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.  
The large spacious lounge/diner has a sofa bed and a smart dining suite, a television with resort Satellite TV channels, DVD player and stereo. Patio doors open onto enclosed private rear garden, with a lovely patio area for al fresco dining.  
The separate enclosed fully fitted and fantastically well equipped kitchen, has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and microwave, leading to a utility room with washing machine.  
The villa has air conditioning and gas central heating, to the front of the house there is a car port and on the roof a large terrace for all day sunshine and fantastic views.  
A superbly decorated and elegant house.

The property is centrally located within the golf resort of La Torre.  
5 mins walk from the new Golf centre, the supermarket, the pharmacy and the restaurants on site  
 
 
La Torre Golf Resort is located just outside the Spanish Town of Roldan and Balsicas  
The resort currently has an outstanding Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course

    • The villa is situated on the Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, with an 18 hole golf course and drving range and putting green. There is a free bus shuttle service to the other Polaris Golf Resorts of Hacienda Riquelme, El Valle both with 18 hole courses and Mar Menor currently with a 9 hole course. 
     
    Also located within the La Torre Golf Resort are two tennis courts and approx 15 communal pools, some childrens pools and play areas. 
     
    The resort also has a well stocked supermarket and another shop where you can buy books and papers and also hire bikes, and some bars and restaurants. Other good restaurants can be found in the nearby villages of Roldan and Balsicas. 
     
    From La Torre it is a short drive to the beaches of both the Mediterranean and the sandy shallow waters of the Mar Menor. In the other direction is Murcia with plenty of bars and restaurants, history, shopping and a water park and wildlife park.

    A fully refundable damage deposit of 200GBP is required to be paid with the balance of the payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday. 20% reservation deposit required. Balance is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
