This luxury apartment on The La Torre golf resort close to the lovely Costa Calida-Murcia Coastline, located close to beaches, many golf courses and historical, cultural and gastronomic experiences. Ideal location for golf, beach or relaxing breaks in one of Europe's finest climates. Murcia San Javier & Alicante airports within easy reach as are the fine beaches close to the Mar Menor. Close to the historical cities of Murcia and Cartegena. Situated in a prime location with large terrace and garden area and within a few paces of the magnificent swimming pool. This is a superb ground floor end apartment with large terrace,small garden and situated close to the beautiful communal swimming pool. The resort golf course being a short stroll away.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms with terrace, bathroom lounge dining room and large kitchen. The large terrace adjoins a small private garden and grass area leading to the communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is adjacent to the La Torre 10th hole on the resort golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and includes full air-conditioning, gas central heating, Satellite television, a safe and underground garage facility. The garage being accessed by stairway or lift. The bedrooms consist of twin beds and the 5th bed is by way of a very comfortable sofa bed situated in the lounge.
There is dining table with seating for 4 and the kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The large terrace has a dining table and seating for 4.
The kitchen includes cooker, microwave,fridge -freezer,washing machine, toaster and extensive crockery/kitchen utensils.
There is plenty of storage area in the bedrooms and the terrace has a most useful cupboard space for travel cases etc. Garden chairs are also included.
Everything needed for an enjoyable stay is included and guests only need to bring a hairdryer and beach/pool towels for their stay as all bed linen, towels etc are included. The property has an entry phone security system.
Not all apartments on La Torre are the same and this is genuinely one of the larger properties, with excellent facilities.
All guests are met on arrival by our keyholder and shown the resort facilities and how to operate the apartment's facilities and equipment.
The Resort includes supermarket,restaurants and bars and has a banking facility with cash machine. The local area includes numerous restaurants and bars and the famed Mar Menor and some lovely beaches are in close proximity. Polaris World golf courses are available at discounted prices and are all within 20 minutes drive. There are also numerous excellent golf courses in the area which can be pre-booked at discounted prices on request.
Food packs can be provided on arrival and full details are available on request.
Facilities
The property also includes (unusually for Spain)full gas central heating. An excellent fire is provided for winter months and air conditioning to bedrooms and lounge for the heat of the summer. The terrace has drying facilities for washing and a clothes dryer for use in the garden. Bedroom 2 has a safe. The bathroom includes shower(over bath), bath,wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. The jacuzzi is located in the adjoining communal swimming pool.
Activities
There are many excellent beaches within 30 minutes drive. In addition the beautiful cities of Murcia and Cartegena are situated within easy reach.
Murcia the Regions capital is full of history, has excellent musical and art facilities with many intersting churches and cathedrals. The shopping is excellent.It also has a zoo and outdoor theme/ water park open in the summer months.
Cartegena has a large port and again excellent for shopping. The area boasts excellent golf courses and the famed Mar Menor is 20 minutes away with boating etc and some magnificent walks.
There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket on the resort and within a short travelling distance access to many more major supermarkets, shops and restaurants/bars.
The area has local markets available on most days of the week.

A deposit of 20% is required on booking with balance 6 weeks before arrival. In addition a security deposit of £150 is required (PAYABLE WITH BALANCE PAYMENT)and is fully refundable providing no damage, breakages or losses to the apartment and its contents are incurred. Refunds are paid within 14 days of departure. Guests also pay up to 70 Euros per week for cleaning/ linen wash on departure in cash direct to the keyholder.(2 PEOPLE 50 Euros per week/3 people 60 Euro and 4 or 5 people 70 Euro). Additional cleans are available and can be arranged direct with the keyholder on arrival as required. Long term lets are possible pricing on application. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer in £STERLING to a UK bank. It may be possible to accept payment in Euros. The deposit and cancellation within 28 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellation must be in writing. Minimum rental 4 nights from £50 per night
