Fantastic brand new 2 bed apartment on the latest POLARIS WORLD RESORT, Condado de Alhama Golf Resort near Mazarron. This tastefully furnished 1st (top) floor apartment is set within one of the secure private garden areas with tree lined pedestrian walkways, grassed areas and each ‘Jardin’ has their own communal fenced in swimming pool and children’s play area.

A west-facing private terrace leads up to a large, sunny roof solarium with pergola, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining in the long, warm summer evenings. Overlooking the magnificent communal swimming pools, including children’s pool and play area, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens of olive trees and tropical planting with views of the golf course and mountains.

Just a short walk away is a supermarket, restaurant/bar. Alongside is a sports complex with floodlit tennis, squash, basketball courts and 5- a-side football pitch. A new shopping centre ‘Foro’ including shops, bars, restaurants and further sports facilities is due to open from July 2009 and is a short walk away.
The first of 3 Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf courses on this resort should be playable later this year 2009. However as a guest of Polaris World any of their nearby courses on the ‘Nicklaus Golf Trail’ are available to play at reduced green fee rates. When fully completed it is rumoured these courses will host some of the big world ranking tournaments in the near future

This will be the’ flagship’ resort of Polaris World
It is situated in the region of Murcia, in the unspoilt Guadalentin valley in the midst of two Regional Nature Reserves. It is perfectly linked by motorway to airports at San Javier and Alicante- around 60and 90kms away. The new International airport at Corvera, presently under construction will be just 30kms or 15 minutes away. The beautiful and virtually deserted beaches around Mazarron are just 15mins away.
The bar/restaurant, supermarket and sports area are between Jardines 4 and 5.
For those travelling out on a Sunday, please note that the supermarket closes early at 14.30. The sports facilities at present includes tennis, squash, basketball five a side and paddleball.
Further bars and restaurants are planned nearby to be competed early 2009. A modern town centre will be built on a lake on the other side of the resort for completion early 2010.
