This luxury apt. has 2 twin bedded rooms with juliet balconies facing the 1st and 2nd fairways.  
The comfortable lounge/dining area has two sofas , and dining table with four chairs. Patio doors open onto a large terrace with table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, with two sun loungers. This overlooks the pool and 8th and 9th fairways, with distant views to the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the resort centre and 1st tee. There is secure underground parking with a lift to the apartment. 
 
The spacious sunny lounge has both airconditioning and central heating. A satellite TV provides you with the main British channels including ITV & BBC. also a cd/dvd player , books and some games. There is a telephone which accepts incoming calls and free local calls to Polaris resorts to book your golf and restaurants. 
 
The two twin bedded rooms have ceiling fans and central heating,with ample wardrobe space, and patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony, with fairway views. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

    • Hacienda Riquelme is the 4th course to be competed on the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail, the course is a challenging 18-hole par 72, & measures 6416 m, from the back tees of which there are 4 choices of tees to suit all standards of Golfer. It is probably the longest course in the area, with several lakes, & numerous extremely large bunkers. There are discounted green fees of 55€ for Hacienda-Riquelme La Torre, & El Valle, & 45€ for The Mar Menor. There is a free Shuttle Bus to take you to all these resorts! 
    Hacienda Riquelme is a new resort, however it does have a well stocked supermarket, bar/restaurant with live music, and a proshop , driving range/practice area, with more facilities due to be opened in 2009. 
    There are excellent restaurants all over this region and the other Polaris resorts offer a range of dining.  
    The resort is perfect for families, with children's play areas dotted around the complex.

Prices for 2011 will be kept at €200 per week regardless of holidays.
