This high spec modern apartment is beautifully furnished and is complete with Flat screen TV,DVD, Telephone and pay as you go broadband internet.This apartment caters for your every need.  
 
Air conditioning is provided in all rooms for the hot summer along with full central heating for the winter. 
 
The apartment is very spacious and can acommodate up to 5 guest's.(including a baby)Cot provided. 
 
Both bedrooms have beds which can be zipped together to form a Superking size bed or used as singles (please request on booking). 
 
The apartment block is very secure and has an intercom entry system as well as the resort having 24hr security via a gated entrance.  
 
Underground carparking space with direct lift access.

The spacious terrace has spectacular views overlooking the par 3 17th with both Tee and green in view. The terrace is fully furnished to a very high standard with comfortable sofas and coffee table as well as a dining table and chairs.

The telephone within the apartment allows free calls to all Polarisworld resort numbers enabling you to reserve tee times and restaurant tables etc and also call other friends staying on the resort.

    • This apartment is 2 minutes from the sports area where facilities include Tennis courts/multisports court/Paddle tennis courts,Petanca/Boules pitches and outdoor gym. 
     
    The main Town centre is being developed around an old Historical Hacienda in the centre of the resort. At present facilities include a pro shop, driving range and practice greens. Supermarket. Bar/Restaurant which open's day and night.  
     
    As a resident on a Polarisworld resort you are able to use the free shuttlebus service by excecutive coach between Polarisworld resorts.This enables full use of all the available facilities i.e Championship Golf courses at reduced rates/Tennis/5*hotels and facilities/SPA/resturants and nightclubs and much more. 
     
    Nearby there are numerous blue flag beaches along the coast of the Mar Menor which are very Spanish and bustle with life in the summer. 
     
    This area is fantastic for both golfers and families alike.

    A £100 deposit is required when booking with the balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. (All payments are non refundable) Payments can be made by cheque or cash in Pounds or Euros. A damage deposit of £100 is required and will be fully refunded after inspection of the property. Please note a cleaning fee of 55 euro is charged which can be paid locally. Additional services included are meet and greet at the front entrance on your arrival with a full demonstration of how to operate everything in the apartment. plus a 24 hour contact number for emergencies. Long Term lets available. We also own a 2nd apartment on the resort( 2 minute walk) under the name of casa blanca 1. A 10% discount is applied when both booked.     The views from both apartments are truly spectacular and you will be provided with every home comfort.

    If you are a golfer and would love to play five star courses on a fantastic resort look no further. (you can also play any of the other 6 Polarisworld golf courses in the area and be transported by the free inta resort shuttle service so you can enjoy a pint or two after your round).

    If not a golfer there are so many other options both on the resort and in the surrounding areas. The roads are great and you have the cities of Cartegana and Murcia many quaint villages and a whole array of beaches to choose from all within 20 minutes of the resort.

    We have had fantastic golfing breaks with friends throughout the year and many family holidays in the summer.

    We have many hapy memories staying at our apartments.
