This luxury penthouse apartment which sleeps 7 ( not all adults), overlooks 2 large swimming pools and a smaller children's pool ,and is ideally situated just 2 minutes from the golf club house and town centre.The Supermarket and Pharmacy are just a 3 minute walk. The pools are surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens with views south to the mountains.There is your own allocated underground parking with private lift to the apartment. Enjoy the advantage's of a penthouse with late evening sun. 
The apartment is furnished to a high standard,no furniture packs here, with air conditioning/heating, double glazing,Samsung flat screen TV, DVD, I-pod docking station. The fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The 2 bedrooms have 3' 6" single beds,with Tempur ( memory foam) mattresses,that provide the most comfortable nights sleep, with fully fitted wardrobes and balconies. Cleaning charge of €70 to be paid locally at the end of your stay. Booking and payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. The owner's weekend rates apply to: Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The above rate is for 1 apartment sleeping 2-7 people ( not all adults). Larger Groups can be catered for, let me arrange rental of other high quality accomodation on the resort.Why not holiday in couples, there's plenty to do for everyone.
