Frontline 2nd floor luxury apartment overlooking the 4th fairway with panoramic views of the golf course, lakes and distant mountains beyond. The fabulous large communal pool (complete with child friendly splash/paddling pool) is only 50 metres away. Furnished to a high standard, the apartment has one double bedroom & a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes. The air-conditioned living room has two spacious leather sofas for relaxing in front of the satellite TV and a dining area too. The kitchen is fully equipped including hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is a large solarium/terrace ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or eating al-fresco. There is also a designated parking bay for each apartment.  
In the winter months, the apartment benefits from full central heating so you’ll be able to warm up if required! 
 
Great location too, just a 5 minute stroll to the Club House and Town Centre - perfect for a meal or a drink in the Club House or on the Club House Roof Terrace.

    • The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside but you can smoke on the terrace if you wish. All linen & towels provided but please bring your own towels for the beach if required. When playing golf at La Torre & other courses, you will need to show a handicap certificate or they may refuse to let you play! A welcome pack can be provided - price on request. Wheelchair access is via two lifts which travel from the basement (parking area) to each floor. Shuttle bus available to access the other resorts in Polaris World - full details in the La Torre Club House.

    • La Torre is located in the Valle de Sol (Valley of the Sun), which makes it exceptionally warm and dry all year round. The location is ideal for golfers and is within 15 minutes of other Polaris World Resort courses as well as La Serena and Roda Golf Resorts.  
    Alternatively, the better known courses in the Costa Blanca such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Villamartin can easily be reached. The world famous La Manga Club is only 25 mins away to the south.

    A security deposit of £150.00 plus a deposit of £100.00 secures your rental with the balance required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card via PayPal. Booking is flexible - you can stay for as little as 3 days or as long as you want with a discount available for bookings of three weeks or more. Changeover day is flexible too. This apartment is one of two properties which are adjacent to each other - both are available to rent and would be ideal if two families want to holiday together or for larger golfing parties. The price you see is the price you pay - no hidden extras!
