A free shuttle bus runs throughout the day to take you to the other Polaris resorts of La Torre and Mar Menor, enabling you to enjoy their facilities and to take advantage of the bars and restaurants that can be found there.

    • COSTA CALIDA/ MAR MENOR The province of Murcia Costa Calida (also known as the warm coast) enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year with numerous white sandy beaches and warm shallow water. It is situated in the province of Murcia and is approximately 155 miles in length and adjoins two different seas. The Mar Menor or (small sea) and the Mediterranean sea, making The Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon, with over 170 square kilometres of shallow water surrounded by the districts of Los Urrutias, El Carmolí, San Javier, Los Alcazares and La Manga to name just a few Los Alaczares is one of the closest seaside towns and is well worth a visit, with its pretty marina and promenade.It also boasts a beautiful beach for the children to play, with numerous water sports to enjoy.

    GOLF COURSE 
     
    It is a par 71 course, mid sized and set in natural surroundings with a variety of water features, valleys and hills enabling you to take in the pure scerenity of the area whilst enjoying your game.  
    Hole boundaries are adjacent to contiguous holes, and not to the homes, making the course flow together and compliment the landscape.

      High Season Price: £350 per Week
         

    BOND A £200 bond (against breakages ) is required ,in addition and becomes payable at the time of settling your final balance. This will be returned by the owner within 7 Days of your departure, once the local agent has inspected and confirmed that all is in order. BOOKING DEPOSIT A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your dates. The balance becomes payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival to the owner. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival to be paid in full at the time of booking
