It is new on the market for 2009 and has separate air conditioning and heating in each room. It has the use of two swimming pools, one directly in front of the building and a smaller one alongside that is extremely child friendly.The property is situated on the prestigious gated community of Las Ramblas Golf course, and this apartment block is renowned for its safety and external cctv security.

Air conditioning and heating is available separately in each room, and also bedroom ceiling and floor fans. The apartment comes equipped with an American style diner that includes all aspects of tableware and cutlery etc, a fridge freezer, a toaster,a filter and plunge coffee maker, a microwave oven, and even a food processor. A washing machine is also available if required. A set of 2 towels are provided for each occupant, not beach towels. There is a TV and DVD player with a small selection of DVDs, a few books and some games to play, like Scrabble and cards. The apartment also has a newly installed sun awning on the balcony to ensure the balcony area can be utilised in comfort.

Golf on the Costa Blanca is superb as the weather is perfect 320 days of the year. If you like to play golf,you have a large choice, from easy to very challenging. Everyday can be a golf day, you can enjoy the varied and nearby courses of Real Club Campoamor,(5 minutes) and Villamartin,10 minutes away, or La Finca and La Manga 20 minutes away.
There are several beautiful local blue flag beaches to choose from that are safe and friendly for swimming,offering various water sports, from Jet ski to banana boat rides.
The local terrain is very suitable for walking, being surrounded by pine trees and natural ravines, it is a great place to explore for adults and those with children.
If you like some peace and tranquillity set a day aside to lounge or sun bathe by one of two pools.
A large local supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car and great choice of Pubs and restaurants.
