3 Bedroom Villa in Denia

The villa is located on Mount Montgo in a quiet residential area with views of the mountain and the sea. It has a very large pool, 41ft by 21ft. Entry is from steps.The pool has underwater lightingand a dipping seat. There are ample sun loungers and parasols. Two superb sun terraces. The upper terrace can be locked to prevent children accessing the pool unsupervised.Tables and chairs are provided for outside alfresco dining or pre-dinner drinks whilst watching the sunset.There is a BBQ on the upper terrace. The villa has its own garden,of approximately one-fifth of an acre shaded with pine,olive and almond trees.Nature walks on the mountain are outside the door. The air-conditioning can be reversed to heating in the cooler months. There is a wood burner stove in the living room.Wood can be provided. Off road parking for 2 cars.The master bedroom is ensuite with walk in shower and king size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is en-suite with twin beds and has direct access to the pool and lower terrace. Bed linen including duvets is included in the rental and changed weekly. There is a family bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen with marble worktops full size oven and ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The second lounge is reached by a staircase from the living room. It has a comfortable sofa and chairs for TV and DVD watching.We have satellite tv with many english channels and films. There is also a collection of videos and DVDs and a library of books in English for your entertainment. The area around the villa is peaceful and quiet. However Denia with its many restaurants,shops and lovely beaches is a five minute drive from the villa. A car is neccessary to appreciate the many attractions of the area. Friendly and local representation is available from an English speaking manager. 
 

Linen is included in the rental and towels can be supplied.

The theme park,Terra Mitica, is half an hours drive from the villa. There is a zoo at the same site. Horse Riding Golf and tennis are available from La Sella. Water sports and boat trips are available from Denia. Shopping is very good in Denia with many excellent clothes shops with designer labels. There is a weekly market every Monday for general goods and an indoor market selling food which is open every weekday.
